In Stock Items
We understand that there are many websites who take your money and then make you wait an indefinite amount of time since they did not have the item truly in stock. Our website is constantly updated to be as accurate with inventory as humanly possible, assuring you that we do have the items listed to be able to ship. If there is ever an error with that (less than 1% of the time), we will contact you ASAP and let you know the full story and offer you all options including a full refund on the item of course.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase, but if something isn't correct, let us know. We will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. For all returns, please contact us prior to shipment.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on scopes and firearms or product that have been mounted as well.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We can not accept returns on used items or items not in resalable packaging and condition. Special orders are non-returnable. No returns on items with invoice date over 30 days. We do not accept returns on scopes and firearms or product that have been mounted as well.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping & Handling
For Canadian orders you must have both a shipping and credit card billing address within the Canada. Most orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days. We ship out each day Monday-Friday. All packages are sent out via Canada Post or Loomis with tracking, and in most cases you are looking at a delivery time of 1-5 days depending on where you are at in the Canada. If there are any exceptions you will be notified via email. Back order items that ship separate from the in-stock order will NOT have another shipping charge.
We accept international orders. The items that are available for export are generally limited to "soft goods" meaning anything that is not a metal item that is mounted directly to a rifle or rifle accessory. All freight, duties & taxes are billed to the customer. We will normally ship via Canada Post International mail. All listed prices are in Canadian dollars.
